At Evolve, your satisfaction means everything to us. We want you to feel completely confident shopping with us — that’s why we offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, and undamaged

In its original packaging with tags (if applicable)

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back.

Please note: Items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@evolveshop.co with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized items

Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your preferred product is to return your current item first. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt — for any reason and without justification — provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
